ABOUT MUSIC CLUB



Jubilate Deo’ the words inscribed under the Xavier’s Music Club logo means ‘Sing joyfully to god’. Keeping these words in mind , with the establishment of Xavier’s school in 1941 came the foundation of Xavier’s Music Club and the rest is history. The Music Club has made tremendous contributions in the history of Xavier’s . Be it Madhukar Malviya, choirs present in the assembly or even programs like Independence Day, Ignatius feast,12th class’ graduation ceremony it’s the Music Club who made their prodigious mark in the programs.

Our vision





The main objectives of this club include developing an analytical, creative and intuitive understanding of music as a cultural language, providing opportunities and guidance to prepare for a professional life in music and to help students retain and enhance their own, individual love of music. The music club is guided by our esteem teachers, Mrs Sapna Srivastva and Mr Jinu George who have constantly shown their enthusiasm in all the cultural activities of the school . They have supported and encouraged the students to take more interest in the field of music. They always understood the underlying potential of a student and always tried to bring out the best. Without them our music club would be incomplete. Xavier’s Music Club has given a chance to the students to spread music everywhere and uncover their hidden talents.
