SPELL SCAN CLASS 9TH

Spell Scan for class 9th was held on 28th October in the senior school hall of our school. Six brilliant teams participated in the quiz representing their classes namely Rowling (IX-E), Hemingway (IX-A), Alcott (IX-F), Austen (IX-B), Orwell (IX-C), Tolkien (IX-D). There were many engrossing rounds comprising of phraseology, pronounce the word, spelling bee, homophones, audio round and lastly the rapid fire round. All the teams tried their level hard for the win, in the end results were declared-

1. Alcott secured (70 points)

2. Hemingway (60 points)

3. Rowling (50 points)

This wonderful event was conducted by the Xavier’s Literature Club under the supervision of our school’s best and highly experienced English teachers Mrs. Sujitha Kumar Ma’am and Mrs. Olive E. Malaki Ma’am. The program ended with a peaceful meditation session. Our eXrays team wishes all the participants all the best for their upcoming future.
